Darlows estate agents Llandaff are part of a local network covering fourteen areas in South Wales. We’re an independently owned estate agency, one of a group of nearly 200 branches across the UK. Whether you’re buying or selling a home, we pride ourselves on giving you the best service.

Llandaff has a superb community atmosphere yet is only a mile or so from central Cardiff. Llandaff Cathedral is the focal point of the area, and there are many green spaces and great schools, making it a popular choice with local families. There are supermarkets, doctors’ surgeries, a Post Office and the well regarded Danescourt Primary School.

Various train stations (and good bus links) around the area mean that Llandaff is handy for access to Cardiff city centre. Many people use the Taff Trail, a walking/cycling route, to get into Cardiff city centre, and the A48 is a handy local link to the M4.

A variety of different property types and prices make the Llandaff area a big drawcard for a range of home buyers. Whether you fancy urban bustle or the quieter suburbs and villages of Whitchurch and Fairwater, the Darlows Llandaff team can help you find your ideal property.

Government announces five-week cap on rental deposits- but Darlows goes one better. The government has recently confirmed that it will cut the maximum deposit for rentals of less than £50,000 to five weeks, down from six weeks. According to the National Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords Association, the reduction could force landlords out of the market. However, Darlows partnered with flatfair earlier this year to launch a solution which protects both tenants and landlords in equal measure.
