Left to their own devices many sales do not go through. Using our specialist skills and knowledge we will endeavour to
nurture every sale through to exchange of contracts and then on to completion. Our goal is to make sure our sales are
in a position to exchange within 28 days. Either a dedicated Sales Co-ordinator or the branch manager will be responsible
for keeping you informed of progress on your sale, usually on a weekly basis.
Using the correct solicitors and mortgage broker are crucial to achieving the 28 day target we have set.

| What feedback do I get through the marketing of my home? |

No feedback is a criticism levied at many estate agents. However we make sure this cannot be said about us. All viewings that take place
are followed up and feedback is given.

A copy of each advert your home appears in will be sent to you and offers will be put both
verbally and in writing to you. If at any time during the marketing of your home you wish to discuss progress our branch managers or
senior negotiators will always be on hand, as a minimum all sellers are spoken to ever 28 days.
