Pontypridd offers a variety of attractions and facilities suitable for bringing new buyers to the area. Ynysangharad Parc offers outdoor pool, mini-golf, cricket and tennis and is also the venue for many outdoor concerts including Party in the Park every year which attracts many big artists. There are a variety of shops and boutiques locally and there are also plans to develop the current precinct into a hotel, car park and further shops.
The University of Glamorgan is situated in Treforest approx 1 mile from the town centre and the town itself has many pubs and restaurants for dining and socialising. The town is accessed via the A470 which has easy links to the M4 and Cardiff and there are good rail and bus links which access Cardiff and the valleys.
Our customer demographics vary due to the different areas within the town. There are first time buyers from Cardiff, unable to buy in the city and also the investment area of Treforest which attracts buyers locally and from further afield.
There are many areas within Pontypridd which sell well to families which include Graigwen, Maesycoed and The Common.
With a variety of property types in the area, no particular demographic generates the most interest, however, 2/3 bed terraces always prove popular as they affordable to first time buyers.
